Announcedsigning Walk-In Tubs wants every person who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Announcedsigning Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Announcedsigning Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@announcedsigning.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not solve things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
