• Explain price drivers in plain words
• Respond to homeowner requests politely and in a timely way
• Be honest about timelines and availability
• Respect that the homeowner may compare several quotes

Providers set their own prices and schedules. Homeowners deal directly with the provider for the contract, the work and any warranty.
